Terms and Conditions for Family Tasks Timer

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Family Tasks Timer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Purpose of the App

Family Tasks Timer is provided as a family-friendly productivity and routine timer tool. It is intended to help families manage scheduled tasks, routines, timers, optional chained follow-up tasks, and optional place-based reminders.

3. Parent or Guardian Supervision

The app may be used by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether the app is appropriate for their child, configuring schedules, enabling optional features (such as location or notifications), and managing device permissions.

4. No Professional Advice

The app is not a medical, educational, behavioral therapy, or professional childcare service. It should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

5. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for how they configure and use timers, task names, routines, saved places, and backups in the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of place names, addresses, and geofence settings you enter, and for reviewing exported backup files before sharing them.

6. Optional Location Features

Place-based tasks rely on device location services and geofencing while the app is in use. Location detection may be affected by GPS accuracy, device settings, network conditions, buildings, and battery optimization. The app does not guarantee that arrival or departure will be detected at a specific time or place. Do not rely on the app for safety-critical or emergency location needs.

7. Notifications, Widgets, and Timers

Reminders, widgets, Live Activities, and countdown timers are provided for convenience. Delivery may be affected by device settings, Do Not Disturb, quiet hours configured in the app, operating system limits, or battery state. We do not guarantee that every reminder will fire at an exact moment.

8. Availability

We try to keep the app functional and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

9. Intellectual Property

The app, design, content, and related materials are owned by Davalgi Apps unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app except as allowed by applicable law or open-source license terms, if any.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Davalgi Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including missed tasks, inaccurate location detection, or loss of locally stored data.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
